Designing a loyalty program that delights best members
In 2021, Rue La La wanted to create a new loyalty program that would improve retention of their most valuable members. This was a large cross-functional initiative that required coordination across a number of teams. Marketing would define the program benefits and structure. Creative would create a new loyalty brand. Product and engineering would define the scope and sequencing of work.
My role was to define, design and prototype the user experience and UI for the new program across iOS, Android and web, working closely with all our stakeholders along the way.
